If you do not create a great and attention-capturing headline, no one will click on your post; they will ignore it since they scroll very fast through the listings posts.
A good headline states where the listing is located and contains an eye-catching adjective like luxury, stunning, spacious, etc. it is also written including urgency language like; unique opportunity, remarkable find, you can afford to miss this, etc., and finally, including small details to make your property stand out like a majestic staircase, marble counters, etc.
